Nexxtlab Transitions from Grid Innovation Projects to Scalable Product Company – Acquires Full Ownership from Creos and Seeks Strategic Partners for Growth

Luxembourg, 21.05.2025 – Nexxtlab, a pioneering energy technology company founded in 2018 by a private investor group and Creos, announces a major milestone in its evolution. Initially established to develop and implement advanced digital grid-related projects, Nexxtlab has successfully delivered groundbreaking solutions such as Smarty+ and Smarty Pro, now firmly embedded in Luxembourg’s energy landscape.

In 2023, the company initiated a strategic shift from project delivery to a scalable product model. Central to this transformation is Smartmaster, Nexxtlab’s modular, white-label energy management ecosystem. Smartmaster empowers utilities, installers, and service providers to offer intelligent, flexible, and user-friendly energy control solutions for residential and professional markets.

To continue this strategic realignment, the CEO and the private investor group have acquired the shares previously held by Creos, making Nexxtlab fully independent and agile in its commercial trajectory. The company is now seeking a strategic partner to support the next phase: international market expansion and product scale-up.
